I did some searching and it looks like I should install the Virtualbox Guest Additions as this might resolve the problem. There is a mouse on the VM screen and there is also another mouse outside the VM. You need to capture the mouse (by clicking over the VM display or pressing the Host key) in order to use the mouse inside the Guest OD." Neither one of those options works. When the VM comes up it says "The Virtual Machine reports that the guest OS does not support Mouse Pointer integration in the current video mode. So far I have a virtual machine that comes up with DOS and Windows 3.1 but I cannot get the mouse to work. I did some reading and then followed a couple of videos on You Tube trying to install Windows 3.1. I installed the latest Virtualbox 5.1.22. I am new to Virtualbox so trying to learn.
